Job summary

RISE Internet in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Assistant / Facilities Engineer – Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations and reliable network support. Based in Davao, you will manage day-to-day facility logistics, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with basic troubleshooting of tools and equipment.

You will track inventory, maintain the Warehouse Management System, and collaborate with teams in Manila to keep workflows smooth while supporting ISP/OSP

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse management role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good computer skills for data entry and inventory management (MS Office/Google Sheets/ERP).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge in telecommunications, electrical, or maintenance work.
• Willing to work on-call, shifting schedules, and emergency restoration.
• Willing to learn fiber optic works.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Davao warehouse orderly and tidy.
• Track and manage inventory levels.
• Manage and update the Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate with Manila Warehouse team for smooth workflow.
• Receive, check and record incoming deliveries.
• Fulfill material and tool requests for jobs.
• Maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Assist in ISP/OSP maintenance activities and fault restoration.
• Support preventive maintenance and site inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas.
• Complete maintenance documentation and report to supervisor.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Assistant / Facilities Engineer – Maintenance is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations and policy compliance, while supporting the reliability of ISP and OSP network infrastructure. This role involves managing day‑to‑day facility logistics alongside executing preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and equipment upkeep.

Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse and Logistics

• Ensure that the warehouse in Davao is kept in an orderly manner and tidied up as necessary.
• Track and manage inventory levels.
• Manage and update the Warehouse Management System.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow, including the Warehouse team in Manila.
• Receiving, checking and recording incoming deliveries.
• Fulfill requests for materials and tools made by different teams necessary for completion of a job.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.

Field Engineering/Maintenance

• Assist in basic ISP and OSP maintenance activities and fault restoration.
• Support preventive maintenance and site inspections.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas.
• Complete maintenance documentation and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a warehouse management role.
• Good communication skills.
• Good computer skills for data entry and inventory management (familiar with at least Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or an ERP system).
• Physically fit and able to engage in heavy lifting for warehouse items.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Willing to learn fiber optic works.
