Job summary

The Music Works in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inventory receipt, inspection, and stock accuracy while professionally assisting customers with product recommendations and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

You will handle receiving, stock keeping, picking/packing, and collaborating with the team to support both warehouse and sales operations, including bi-annual stock takes and reconciliation with the inventory system.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory management and customer service.
• Knowledge of musical instruments and related products.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, count, and stock inventory accurately in the warehouse
• Process orders efficiently to meet customer expectations and business timelines
• Inspect items for damage or faults and update inventory records accordingly
• Pick and pack items following specified packing guidelines to ensure order accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support warehouse and sales operations
• Conduct bi-annual stock takes to verify all products in the warehouse
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by reconciling physical stock with inventory management system records
• Record all stock movements promptly to ensure inventory accuracy
• Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy to resolve issues professionally
• Greet walk-in customers warmly and professionally to create a positive experience
• Introduce company product features and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure product availability and timely delivery
