Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring orders are correct.
• Monitor guests’ needs and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
• Upsell additional items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Job Requirements for Waiter/Waitress:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but not always required. Training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
