HIRING

A waiter’s primary job is to provide excellent customer service in a dining establishment. Their responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers as they arrive, seating them, and providing menus.


2. Taking Orders: Listening carefully to customers’ food and drink orders, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.


3. Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering food and beverages to customers promptly, ensuring orders are correct, and checking back to ensure satisfaction.


4. Managing Payments: Presenting the bill to customers, processing payments (cash, card), and handling any change or tips.
