Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years in semiconductor manufacturing in a test product role.
• Experience supporting volume production for wafer sort.
• 1-3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead wafersort engineering team to hit KPI targets.
• Drive root-cause analysis for test yield and quality issues.
• Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime and cost.
• Mentor technicians and engineers.
• Support audits with technical documentation.
• Apply data-driven methods to identify improvements and prevent escapes.
