Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Program Manager to support vulnerability management programs for clients in the Philippines, with Taguig City as a hybrid onsite/location. You will coordinate delivery across delivery teams, manage client communications, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proactive leadership of meetings, and maintaining documentation, RAID logs, and status reports to support successful outcomes for NCC Group clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project/program management within consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading multiple initiatives or accounts with shared objectives.
• Strong client-facing background with senior/stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business goals into executable programs with measurable outcomes.
• Proven financial and commercial acumen at program or portfolio level.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of vulnerability management and cybersecurity programs.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance artifacts for reporting.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
• Schedule, document, and lead client and internal meetings with clear minutes and actions.
• Escalate risks or blockers and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor program health and support governance meetings and executive updates.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency within the team.
