Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities in the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement strategies and procedures to mitigate or eliminate vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of vulnerability management efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on vulnerability management efforts and to obtain buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest vulnerability management best practices and technologies.
• Maintain and update company's vulnerability management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vulnerability management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management best practices and technologies.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• CISSP, CISM or other relevant security certification is a plus.
• Prior experience working within a financial service organization preferred.
• Strong documentation skills.
