Job summary

E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, implement CI/CD pipelines, and automate provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.

Job description

• Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Manage Kubernetes, containerized workloads and cloud-native platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible and related tools.
• Support Linux-based infrastructure and troubleshoot production environments.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, logging and observability solutions.
• Support vulnerability remediation, security hardening and compliance requirements.
• Automate operational processes using Python, Bash or similar scripting languages.
• Participate in production support, incident management and root cause analysis.
• Support cloud migration, platform upgrades and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and application teams on platform improvements.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker/container platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
• Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash or Shell.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in production support, incident management and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, security and IAM concepts.

Good-to-have Skills

• GitOps with ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• OpenShift, AWS EKS or service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• HashiCorp Vault, KMS or secrets management.
• OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana or other observability tools.
• DevSecOps and security compliance such as PCI-DSS/SOC 2.
