Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services banking, preferably Corporate Banking.
• Experience in Pricing and Billing solution sales or lead solution architect role in Finance/Banking.
• Excellent communication and subject-matter expertise in pricing and billing.
• Ability to provide industry insight and thought leadership for banking projects.
• Knowledge of True Cloud Methodology (TCM) in product solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory events affecting pricing and billing in Banking/FS.
• Ability to capture or guide business requirements from the product context.
• Onsite single point of contact to oversee complex banking projects.
• Test life cycle experience is a plus.
• Manages day-to-day delivery and SLA adherence with PM, Configuration Lead and Development Lead.
• Directs Banking, Financial Services and Universal vertical objectives within the practice.
• Builds strong customer relationships to ensure service levels.

• Liaise with PM, Configuration Lead and Development Lead to meet contractual and service level obligations.

Job description

• Candidate should have at least 15+ years of experience in financial services banking background, preferably in Corporate Banking, more specifically in Cash Management and Payments space
• Should have prior experience in Pricing and Billing solution sales and/or have performed the lead solution architect role, in Finance/Banking domain
• Should have extremely good communication sales in the specific subject areas and act as an SME in this space.
• Should be able to provide industry insight and thought leadership in governing solutions across banking projects on this domain
• Ability to get a customer buy-in or alignment to the Product solution to facilitate a True Cloud Methodology (TCM) approach
• Brings in industry best practices and has a good knowledge of the regulatory and key events that affect the pricing and billing domain within the Banking and Financial Services space
• Should be able to capture the business requirements OR should be able to guide the customer to draft the business requirements, from the product context (business analysis)
• Act as onsite single point of contact at customer site, to oversee project goals involving complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
• Experience in test life cycle will be considered a plus
• Manages day-to-day delivery to ensure team is meeting or exceeding contractual and service level obligations to customers from a solution perspective by liaising with PM, Configuration Lead and Development Lead
• Directs team in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the Banking, Financial Services and Universal vertical within the practice
• Builds strong relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are achieved
• Open to travel for new customer opportunities or as part of analysis phase
