Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Program/Project Manager to lead complex regulatory and investor-driven initiatives within the Regulatory PMO.

You will partner with senior leaders to define scope, governance, and plans, while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on business outcomes and compliance obligations. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment emphasizing adaptability, continuous improvement, and formal reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years leading complex projects or programs.
• Experience in a structured PMO environment.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Executive presence when presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong risk and issue management with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex regulatory projects in Home Lending.
• Develop roadmaps and task plans to meet compliance deadlines.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to review regulations and define requirements.
• Assign and track tasks, escalate risks or issues as needed.
• Prepare and present updates for executive governance meetings.
• Maintain audit-ready PMO documentation and framework compliance.
• Promote transparency, feedback, and continuous process improvement.
• Delegate tasks, clarify roles, and seek support to hit goals.
• Represent the PMO with polished communication and leadership.
