Job summary

TEAM LEWIS is seeking a Vice President, PR to lead US client relationships and drive multi-market campaigns. You will build media relationships, deliver strategic counsel, and ensure client success across the network.

You will guide new business credentials, pitches and onboarding of wins, while coordinating with teams in the US and London to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The role offers hybrid work, generous PTO, parental leave, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive salary range

Qualifications

• Proven ability to run large global client programs autonomously.
• Experience in tech sector strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive presenter.
• Track record of exceeding goals and driving profitability.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships and trust with the client, providing strategic and creative counsel; drive retention and growth.
• Brief the creative engineering team to bring concepts to life for multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead executive media relations programs, including media training for senior clients.
• Ensure delivery of excellent service with rigorous measurement and reporting.
• Grow client revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage budgets, profitability and resource planning for programs.
• Identify prospects and intermediaries for new business; participate in pitches.
• Lead credentials and pitches for multi-market prospects and ensure strategic messaging.
• Champion integration of US client work across the global network.
• Retain top talent; coach and develop teams to grow professionally.
• Lead training initiatives and contribute curriculum ideas; mentor hires.
• Collaborate as a key member of the US management team.
