Job summary

Flywire is seeking a VP, Product Payments Experience & Customer Loyalty to define end-to-end payer experiences and loyalty across its global payments platform. This executive will own checkout, payment flows, translations, notifications and overall UX, reporting to the Chief Payments Officer.

The role drives global quality, personalization and AI-enabled product modernization, aiming to boost conversion, satisfaction and repeat usage across regulated international markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product Management with leadership at VP level or equivalent.
• Experience owning global consumer payment products for millions of users.
• Proven ability to improve conversion, engagement and UX across international ecosystems.
• Track record building loyalty, retention or recurring engagement in payments/fintech.
• Strong strategy, modernization of large platforms, UX and localization.

Responsibilities

• Own the global payer experience across Flywire's platform.
• Define vision for payer-facing payment experiences and UX.
• Lead loyalty strategy, metrics and return payer programs.
• Consolidate fragmented experiences into a unified platform.
• Champion voice of the customer and translate insights into investments.
