Job summary

Flywire seeks a Senior Product Manager specializing in internal Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, such as Workday, with a FinTech background. You will lead complex product initiatives across enterprise systems, partner with senior leaders, and mentor teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will own significant platform areas, influence architecture decisions, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support Flywire's growth and competitive position in global payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise tech.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, integrations).
• Strong executive communication with senior leadership; proven influence.
• Experience with Agile at scale and product best practices.
• Analytical data-analysis skills and business case development.
• Experience mentoring product professionals and managing indirect teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for enterprise system areas.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable product requirements and plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
