Qualifications

• Qualification in real estate related subject and/or business, economics, finance, project management.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Capital Projects, coordinating with external providers to ensure on-time delivery and budget control.
• Lead Facilities Management activity in-country in alignment with CRE strategy and group standards.
• Manage relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure capital projects meet business requirements.
