Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Vice President to lead Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime MI and Reporting in Manila. This role oversees monthly and quarterly risk reports, coordinates an international team, and drives a broader Book-of-Work for risk reporting with remediation of findings.

The candidate will manage a local team, interact with senior stakeholders, and leverage AI tools to optimize workflows while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial, analytical and writing skills for clear reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Deutsche Bank risk frameworks.
• Experience leading teams across locations and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to transform data into concise narratives and insights.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly risk profile reports for senior management and committees.
• Produce audience-oriented content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Catalog contextual risk data inputs to risk profile reports with structured findings.
• Be the primary report production contact for the global C&AFC network.
• Manage local team day-to-day and track KPIs for escalation.
• Support strategic activities around C&AFC MI and reporting.
