Job summary

Metacom Business Processing Solutions is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives in Davao City. No prior BPO experience required as training will be provided. Roles include voice and non-voice accounts, with onsite activation at multiple Davao City sites.

You may be a fresh graduate or student, with clear communication skills and comfort using a computer. Shifting schedules including weekends/holidays are available to fit client needs.

Looking for your first BPO job in Davao?

You don’t need years of experience to get started. We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Davao City sites, and fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and applicants without BPO experience are welcome to apply. We have both Voice and Non-Voice opportunities, depending on the account and your qualifications.

Where will you work?

You may be assigned to any of our Davao City sites:

• SM City Davao

• SM Lanang

• Matina IT Park

What will you do?

Your day-to-day work will depend on the account, but you may be asked to:

• Assist customers with their questions, requests, or concerns

• Handle customer interactions through phone, chat, or email

• Provide accurate information and find solutions to customer concerns

• Update customer records and document interactions when needed

• Follow account procedures and provide a smooth customer experience

• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations

Who can apply?

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have no BPO experience yet — that's okay, training will be provided

• Are a Senior High School graduate, college undergraduate, college graduate, or fresh graduate

• Can communicate clearly and work well with others

• Are comfortable using a computer and basic applications

• Are willing to work onsite in Davao City

• Are willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

• BPO or customer service experience is a plus, but it is not required.
