JOLECO RESOURCES, INC. (ST. JOSEPH DRUG) is seeking a Visual Merchandising Officer responsible for planogram development and management to ensure consistent visual standards across SJD branches.

The role collaborates with multiple teams to optimize category presentation and promotional execution across the chain. The candidate should bring extensive experience in visual and retail merchandising, with a focus on planograms, store coverage, and retail compliance to support national/regional

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Space Planning, Category Management, or Trade Marketing
• At least 3+ years of strong experience in planogram development and management
• Proven experience handling multi-branch or regional retail coverage
• Experience in pharmacy, supermarket, FMCG, beauty, or personal care retail preferred
• Experience conducting store audits and retail compliance checks
• Exposure to store openings, rollouts, renovations, or resets is an advantage
