Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to oversee store layout, display standards, and planogram execution across our stores. You will collaborate with Retail Operations on seasonal campaigns and merchandising updates to elevate the customer experience.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in visual merchandising and retail operations, with strong project management skills and a data-driven approach to improving store performance. Some travel to stores will be required.
The Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager oversees the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising standards across stores, ensuring consistent product presentation, store layouts, and display implementation align with brand guidelines. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive effective merchandising execution, optimize the customer experience, and improve store performance through data-driven decisions.
Executes store layout plans, product placements, and visual merchandising standards across stores to ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience
Coordinate with Retail Operations to implement visual merchandising updates, seasonal campaigns, and promotional displays
Conduct store visits and audits to assess display execution, identify gaps, and provide guidance to store teams on merchandising standards
Ensure proper placement of products and visual elements to support customer flow, product visibility, and overall store presentation
Provide recommendations for store layout improvements based on store requirements, operational considerations, and customer behavior based on data.
Implements planograms and product placement guidelines across stores to optimize product visibility, space utilization, and merchandising consistency
Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of planogram changes, product launches, and merchandising updates
Monitors planogram compliance and work with store operations to address execution gaps and improve in-store product presentation
Supports the rollout of merchandising initiatives by preparing implementation guidelines and coordinating requirements
Review store feedback and recommend adjustments to improve operational execution
Analyzes sales performance, product movement, and store feedback to identify opportunities for merchandising improvements
Tracks the effectiveness of visual merchandising executions and provides insights on product visibility, customer flow, and display performance
Uses retail performance data to recommend adjustments to product placements, displays, and merchandising strategies
Collaborates with Retail and Commercial teams to align merchandising execution with sales priorities and business objectives
Maintains reports and trackers to monitor Visual Merchandising initiatives, store compliance and execution progress
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Visual Communications, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail operations.
Strong understanding of visual merchandising and store layout principles, planogram execution, and retail display standards.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple store initiatives and timelines
Willingness to travel frequently to conduct store visits, audits and execute Visual Merchandising initiatives.
