Job summary

SM Store is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create and maintain engaging product displays that drive traffic and seasonal sales. You will adapt concepts from the VM Head Office and enhance store areas to align with brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail visual display experience and a related degree. Strong collaboration with the Operations team is essential to ensure consistent, high-quality presentation across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in visual display within retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals per guidelines from VM Head Office.
• Enhance display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, mall setups) per standards.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure best-in-class visual presentation.
• Determine collateral and allocation for each campaign or program.

Job description

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of compelling visual presentation of merchandise in SM Store that will engage customers, help draw store traffic and boost seasonal sales and retail Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals / concept developments according to the guidelines set by the SBU VM Head Office
• Enhance the look of SBU display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) based on approved standards and guidelines
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place
• Determine required collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or Graphic / Interior Design related field is an advantage
• 1- 2 years of experience in performing Visual Display in a retail industry set up or similar industry
