Job summary

SM Retail is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for SM Store to craft compelling visual presentations that attract customers and boost seasonal sales. You will create and adapt merchandising concepts, enhance display areas and ensure adherence to approved standards across locations.

The role requires 1-2 years in visual display within retail or similar settings, with a degree in a related field considered an advantage. On-site role based in Cavite, Carmen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or Graphic / Interior Design related field is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in performing Visual Display in a retail industry set up or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to guidelines.
• Enhance display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) per standards.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place.
• Determine collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals / concept developments according to the guidelines set by the SBU VM Head Office
• Enhance the look of SBU display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) based on approved standards and guidelines
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place
• Determine required collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program

Qualifications
