Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create and maintain engaging merchandise presentations that drive traffic and seasonal sales. You will develop concepts and adapt visuals per guidelines from the VM Head Office.

You will enhance store displays, coordinate with the Operations team to ensure best-practice visuals, and determine collateral needs for each campaign. A degree in related design fields plus 1–2 years in retail display is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or Graphic / Interior Design is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in performing Visual Display in a retail industry setup or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals / concept developments according to guidelines set by the SBU VM Head Office.
• Enhance the look of SBU display areas (windows, MVP, entrances, lobby, atrium, mall and outdoor setups) based on approved standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure best in practice visual presentation is always in place.
• Determine required collateral and allocation for the store per campaign / program.
