Job summary

Marithé + François Girbaud Philippines seeks a skilled Visual Merchandiser to create impactful in-store displays that uphold the brand and drive sales. You will conceptualize concepts, plan deliveries, and develop decoration across selling areas.

You will update brand assets, prepare CAD artworks, and manage seasonal initiatives including window displays and merchandise presentations. Travel to North Area stores is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• Experience in retail visual merchandising or store displays.
• Knowledge of in-store displays, window displays, mannequins, fixtures, signage, and product presentation.
• Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented with strong visual and conceptual skills.
• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop/Illustrator is advantageous.
• Knowledge of current retail and fashion trends.
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel for store visits and assignments at M+F Girbaud – North Area Stores.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize with creative and artistic concepts for in-store displays.
• Plan and execute new item deliveries to ensure quick placement and full representation on sales floors.
• Develop design for in-store decoration and update brand guidelines and assets across the selling area, including window displays and merchandise displays.
• Prepare computer-aided designs and artworks based on brand direction.
• Create, plan, implement and manage seasonal merchandising presentations and lead new visual merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure displays are visually appealing and brand-appropriate to drive sell-through and maximize sales.
• Ensure lighting, fixtures and signage highlight products and mannequins effectively.
• Continuously brainstorm new and fresh store design ideas.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
