Job summary

MFG Manille, Inc. (Marithé + François Girbaud) is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft impactful in-store displays that protect brand integrity and exceed customer expectations.

You will conceptualize, design, plan deliveries, and develop seasonal merchandising presentations, ensuring lighting, fixtures, signage, and mannequins showcase products to maximize sales. The ideal candidate has a related degree, retail experience, and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Retail store experience, preferably in visual merchandising or store display.
• Knowledge of in-store displays, window displays, mannequins, fixtures, signage, and product presentation.
• Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented with strong visual and conceptual skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or related design software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of retail and fashion trends.
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel for store visits and be assigned to M+F Girbaud – South Area Stores.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize in-store displays with creative concepts.
• Plan and execute deliveries to ensure merchandise is represented on the floor.
• Develop design for in-store decoration and update brand guidelines across selling area.
• Prepare computer-aided designs and artworks based on brand direction.
• Create and manage seasonal merchandising presentations and lead new initiatives.
• Ensure displays are visually appealing and brand-appropriate to drive sales.
• Ensure lighting, signage, and fixtures highlight products and mannequins.
• Brainstorm new store design ideas.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
