Job summary

SM Store is seeking a creative Visual Merchandising Designer to develop compelling visual concepts for retail campaigns and in-store experiences. You will produce conceptual drawings, renderings, and boards guiding discussions and decisions, translating ideas into store layouts with accurate specs for props, fixtures, and print materials to ensure consistent, on-brand execution across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia arts, fine arts, industrial design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, graphic design, or creative production.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Strong ability to interpret store plans and elevations, with understanding of scale, measurements, and merchandising layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual drawings, renderings, and visual boards that support retail campaigns and in-store storytelling.
• Translate merchandising concepts into accurate 2D/3D layouts and store display guides for seamless rollout.
• Produce detailed specs for props, fixtures, print materials, and digital assets used across retail touchpoints.
• Create clear implementation guides for store teams to ensure consistent visual execution across all locations.
