Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Visual Display and Design Officer to bring creative concepts to life across mall environments. You will define design requirements for projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.

You will manage end-to-end visual display projects—from planning and fabrication to installation and maintenance—while coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, or design-related field.
• Proficient in drawing, space planning, and project management.
• Knowledge in drawing or illustration program, or 3D rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual display concepts that enhance the mall's brand image and customer experience.
• Manage visual display projects from planning, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of décor and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Monitor the quality and condition of displays, ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct competitor checks, propose innovative design solutions, and prepare project reports.
