We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and a keen interest in creating engaging digital content. The role involves designing static and motion-led creatives, with a special focus on Reels and short-form videos for social platforms
Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication
Create, edit, and optimize Reels and short-form videos for social platforms
Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
Execute concepts basis briefs and refine them based on feedback
Stay updated with emerging design trends, reel formats, transitions, and platform best practices

Has 2–3 years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred)
Possesses strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Has working knowledge of video editing / reel creation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
Understands social-first content and how audiences consume short-form video
Is detail-oriented, proactive, and open to learning
Communicates well and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced agency environment
