You will design across formats while maintaining brand consistency, collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life. The role emphasizes strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video tools.

Qualifications

• Has 2–3 years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred).
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Has working knowledge of video editing / reel creation tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
• Understands social-first content and how audiences consume short-form video.
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and open to learning.
• Communicates well and collaborates effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication
• Create, edit, and optimize Reels and short-form videos for social platforms
• Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
• Execute concepts basis briefs and refine them based on feedback
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, reel formats, transitions, and platform best practices
