Job summary

Ocean Technologies Group seeks a skilled Visual Designer to transform instructional storyboards into engaging, polished elearning experiences. You will create multimedia assets and deliver courses via LMS platforms using SCORM/xAPI.

You’ll collaborate with Instructional Designers and SMEs, ensuring accessibility, responsive design, and accurate reporting across LMS environments. Strong design sense and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline (nice to have)
• Solid visual design skills (layout, typography, branding, color, composition)
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender
• Strong understanding of SCORM (1.2/2004) and xAPI tracking standards
• Working knowledge of LMS platforms and troubleshooting LMS related issues
• Ability to interpret and implement storyboards with accuracy and creativity
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS for custom functionality
• e-learning experience desirable

Navigating the position: Visual Designer

We’re looking for a highly skilled Visual Designer who can transform instructional storyboards into engaging, interactive, and polished digital learning experiences. If you have a strong mix of development skills and multimedia creativity, we’d love to meet you.

As a Visual Designer you will work closely with Instructional Designers to bring training concepts to life. You will develop elearning modules, create supporting multimedia assets, and ensure seamless delivery through LMS platforms using SCORM and xAPI standards.

• Please note this will be an 18 month fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities
