Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a skilled visual designer in Metro Manila to own end-to-end visual content projects for LinkedIn posts, ads, emails, and campaigns. You will craft presentation decks, brochures, case studies, and digital assets that align with brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in graphic/digital design, strong layout skills, and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in visual content creation or related roles.
• Experience in travel, mobility, SaaS, aviation, hospitality, or B2B services.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Experience creating presentations, brochures, campaign visuals, social media assets, and digital marketing materials.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint.
• Ability to design for multiple formats (web, LinkedIn, ads, presentations, print materials, event screens).
• Understanding of B2B communication and professional visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with briefs, feedback, revisions.
• Interest in tech marketing and travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Own visual content projects from brief to final delivery.
• Create visual materials for LinkedIn organic posts, LinkedIn Ads, social campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages, event communication, and digital advertisements.
• Design and improve presentations, sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, product sheets, flyers, case studies, and other commercial materials.
• Turn written content, business messages, and complex information into clear layouts, graphics, icons, infographics, visual explainers, and simple data visualizations.
• Co-create creative concepts, campaign ideas, visual directions, and content formats with the Marketing team.
• Develop and maintain branded templates, presentation layouts, social media formats, document designs, icons, images, and reusable design elements.
• Create light motion assets, such as animated graphics, moving banners, simple social animations, and campaign visuals.
• Work closely with the Business Content Writer to combine strong messaging with strong visual execution.
