Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management seeks a skilled graphic designer to craft visuals for social media, ads, emails, and events from its hybrid workplace in the Philippines. You will design presentations, brochures, and branding materials while turning complex ideas into clear graphics and infographics.

You’ll develop branded templates to maintain consistency across channels and create simple motion graphics when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience in graphic or marketing design.
• Strong layout, typography, branding, and visual communication.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint.
• Experience creating social, presentation, digital, and marketing materials.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with deadlines and feedback.
• B2B, SaaS, travel, hospitality, or aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for LinkedIn, social media, ads, email, landing pages, and events.
• Design presentations, sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing materials.
• Turn complex ideas and content into clear graphics, infographics, and visual assets.
• Develop branded templates and maintain visual consistency across channels.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on campaigns and creative concepts.
• Use AI and design tools to support creative production.
