Job summary

HPL Gamedesign Studio in the Philippines is seeking a Visual and Technical Quality Auditor to join our Quality Team. This is a non-production role focused on reviewing completed work before it is submitted to the client.

The Auditor will use their professional expertise in their assigned discipline to evaluate whether completed outputs meet the client brief, project requirements, approved references, and quality standards. You will be hired based on your specific area of expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant creative, technical, or digital production discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong critical eye.
• Ability to understand and work from briefs, specifications, and references.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review completed work against client briefs, specifications, and approved references
• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and quality issues before client submission
• Check whether required elements and specifications have been properly implemented
• Test functionality and interactions where applicable to the assigned discipline
• Identify obvious bugs or technical issues
• Provide clear, specific, and actionable feedback to Production
• Document issues and provide supporting evidence when necessary
• Recheck corrected outputs before final approval
• Help ensure that only complete, accurate, and client-ready work reaches the client

About the role
