Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Design Quality Assurance specialist to ensure visual quality, technical accuracy, and brand compliance of creative deliverables for client delivery.

You'll audit static graphics and motion assets, review typography, color, and video pacing, and report defects. Collaborating with graphic designers, motion artists, and directors, you’ll help optimize production workflows and stay aligned with briefs and specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or studio proofreading within a creative environment.
• Strong understanding of digital design production formats and video delivery standards.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and collaborative design platforms.
• Knowledge of visual regression testing, frame-by-frame review, and pixel-perfect QA.
• Experience with project and asset review tools such as Frame.io, Jira, Asana, or similar.

The Design Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the visual quality, technical accuracy, and overall excellence of creative deliverables before client delivery. The role audits static graphic designs and motion graphics/video assets to ensure compliance with creative briefs, technical specifications, and brand guidelines while collaborating closely with creative teams to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Animators, and Creative Directors to understand project objectives and creative requirements.
• Review static graphic designs for typography, color accuracy, composition, image quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Audit motion graphics and video assets for pacing, timing, transitions, rendering quality, asset continuity, typography, and synchronization.
• Identify, document, and report visual defects, formatting issues, compression artifacts, layering problems, and other technical discrepancies.
• Work with the creative team to resolve quality issues and verify that revisions have been accurately implemented.
• Track quality metrics, identify recurring issues, and provide insights to improve creative production workflows.
• Stay current with design trends, video delivery specifications, asset optimization practices, and creative QA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Asset Review, or Studio Proofreading within a creative agency, design studio, or production environment.
• Strong understanding of digital design production formats and video delivery standards, including codecs, frame rates, and export specifications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using collaborative design platforms such as Figma and Canva.
• Knowledge of visual regression testing, frame-by-frame video review, asset inspection, typographic auditing, color-proofing, and pixel-perfect quality assurance.
• Experience with project and asset review tools such as Frame.io, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss QA findings, clarify technical requirements, and manage client feedback professionally.
