In collaboration with Art Director I, the Art Director II will also lead Research & Development (R&D) initiatives, driving innovation in design workflows, tools, and creative processes.
The Art Director II will report to the Operations Director administratively while keeping a dotted line reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Creative Producer for quality and creative framework.
