AIMS IMMIGRATION AND RELOCATION SPECIALIST (MANILA) is seeking an Immigration Consultant to assess client eligibility, prepare applications, and manage visa documentation. The role emphasizes client counseling, information provision, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a smooth immigration process.

Responsibilities include overseeing documentation, advising clients on current visa laws, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and lead management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree; related to visa and immigration is advantageous.
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Outstanding verbal communication.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience as an Immigration Consultant preferred; training provided for non-experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assess interested clients and determine suitability for applications.
• Oversee completion of visa and immigration documents before passing to Documentation Specialist.
• Manage all aspects of the Immigration Service to ensure smooth processes.
• Counsel clients regarding immigration products and services via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide clear information on current visa laws relevant to client profiles.
• Evaluate client profiles for eligibility.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries and new leads.
• Identify potential sales prospects and initiate contact.
• Meet monthly sales targets through effective communication.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction.
