Job summary

ETIQA Life and General Assurance Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Executive Concierge Officer to deliver personalized, end-to-end healthcare support for VIP members.

You will coordinate medical availments, liaise with providers, and ensure timely service delivery with an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will manage LOA processing, assist with claims inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for VIP members and PPTC clients by managing inquiries, requests, concerns, service escalations, and providing proactive updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate outpatient and inpatient availments, facilitate LOA processing, arrange appointments, liaise with providers and internal stakeholders, and monitor cases from availment through claims assistance.
• Assist members with claims-related inquiries, coordinate with relevant departments, monitor claim status, and ensure complete and accurate submission of requirements.
• Conduct outbound calls, introduce company products and services, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and endorse potential clients to the appropriate business teams.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with providers, hospitals, doctors, clients, and internal teams to ensure effective coordination and service delivery.
• Other tasks may be assigned, provided it will not be in conflict with current assigned job. Being responsive to all email related concerns.
