Mediaverse in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned video production lead to shape creative direction across Fortune 500 brands and guide a team through the end-to-end production process.

You will manage timelines, ensure high visual benchmarks, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling corporate videos, SaaS product videos, and testimonials.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with corporate-case-studies videos or SaaS-product-videos.
• 3-5 years of experience in working at a creative agency, with a strong focus on creative leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary creative teams and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Work on Fortune 500 brands. Shape creative direction across video, design, campaigns, and branded storytelling.

Leading video production process & managing, you will work with a team that you will guide throughout the production components.

You are comfortable and understand in all components of video production, have corporate video experience & can clead video from A to Z

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the style requirements in terms of visuals, copy, meeting quality standards.
• Video formats: understand the difference between different styles of promo videos, internal and external videos, keynotes, testimonials and case studies video formats.
• Production management: oversee and manage creative team to meet deadlines, be responsible for deadline even if it means do-it-yourself or suggest hiring freelancers.
• Quality Control: Maintain attention to detail to ensure every project meets high visual and creative benchmarks.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously elevate creative quality.
