Nomadscast in the Philippines is seeking a passionate short-form video editor to join our growing creative team. You will transform raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks and Shorts and edit 7 to 21 videos weekly for different clients.

You should have 2+ years of experience in short-form video production, be proficient with Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and communicate clearly. This role emphasizes speed, collaboration via Slack, and staying on trend across platforms.

Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks and Shorts that drive views and sell cars.

We're looking for a passionate, motivated and intuitive short-form videoeditor based in the Philippines to join our growing creative team.

What you'll do.Edit anywhere from 7 to 21 short-form videos a week, depending on the clients assigned to you:the video editing and the graphics that go into each one. You'll work alongside a writer on our team.

You're a good fit if

• Balancing strategy and creativity is what you do best
• You understand the hook, pacing, music, storytelling and visuals it takes to produce top-tier short-form content week after week
• You've done this before at a high level and can show a portfolio of these edits
• You understand US culture, so you can depict what's said in a video in a creative, witty way

You will be responsible for

• Editing up to 21 short-form videos per week
• Tracking the performance of your videos
• Paying close attention to the comments on your videos
• Staying on top of trends on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

You must

• Communicate clearly, written and spoken
• Show proven success editing short-form content for account growth
• Be fast and clear on Slack
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to change
• Have 2+ years of experience in short-form video production
• Know Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects at an intermediate level or better
• Be open to revisions and to growing

Hours, pay and benefits

Schedule

3–5 meetings a week · Sunday 5 PM CST deadline

Meetings fall between Monday and Friday. Every week of creation is followed by a revisionweek, where you revise any video as needed.

Pay

Depends on your skill level and the number of videos you edit each week.

Paid upskilling, no set hours, monthly bonuses

Work at your own pace as long as deadlines are met and you communicate daily. Room to grow,and monthly bonuses for the best editors.
