Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is a leading outsourcing company located in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. We are seeking a seasoned Video Editor to join our growing team of MVPs.

You will edit and produce high-quality content across brand films, social media clips, testimonials and promotional videos, working with 4K footage, drone shots, and multi-camera setups. You will translate creative briefs into engaging finished pieces, apply strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• After Effects experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of colour grading.
• Strong sound design and audio mixing ability.
• Strong understanding of social media content and current editing styles.
• Good understanding of typography and basic motion graphics.
• Strong creative judgement and visual taste.
• Ability to edit and render 4K footage efficiently.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable communication and responsiveness during agreed working hours.
• Reliable equipment, internet connectivity, and sufficient storage for professional 4K workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial and social video work.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content including brand films, social media content, testimonials, project showcases, promotional videos and short-form content.
• Work primarily with professional 4K footage, including LOG footage, drone footage, interviews and multi-camera productions.
• Understand creative briefs and translate raw footage into engaging, polished finished content.
• Identify the strongest moments within raw footage rather than relying entirely on detailed editing instructions.
• Apply strong pacing, storytelling, music selection and sound design.
• Incorporate typography, motion graphics and visual effects where appropriate.
• Create platform-specific versions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Understand and correctly deliver different aspect ratios including 16:9, 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
• Respond professionally to feedback and revisions.
• Maintain organised project files, footage and media.
• Communicate clearly and consistently while working remotely.
• Contribute creative ideas rather than simply following instructions.
