Job summary

Heidi is seeking a video editor with motion design skills to craft Meta-first, high-performing short-form ads. You will cut, color, and animate creator/UGC footage into multiple, distinct executions while maintaining brand voice and storytelling clarity.

You'll collaborate with paid social teams to test hooks, narratives and formats, learning what resonates across markets while pushing creative boundaries and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years editing experience with a reel showing range and strong craft.
• Solid pacing, storytelling, sound, and typography.
• Fluent in delivering platform-native edits for social media.

Responsibilities

• Own the edit end-to-end, including sound, color, captions and motion.
• Turn raw footage into multiple distinct ads with different hooks.
• Build hooks that stop scroll and drive attention across formats.
• Create diversity across edits using Andromeda-influenced delivery.
• Use performance data to guide further iterations and scaling.
• Bring your own ideas and pitch stronger formats or briefs.
• Experiment with templates, AI tools, and new editing workflows.
• Adapt edits for 10+ markets with localization considerations.
