Job summary

Heidi is expanding its creative team to design high-impact social ads and campaigns across 10+ markets. You’ll own end-to-end design, craft multiple distinct executions, and adapt assets for localisation while working with performance marketers to learn what resonates.

The role blends fast iteration with strong craft, leveraging AI tools to streamline production. You’ll collaborate closely with budget holders and strategists, testing ideas quickly, and shaping the next round of creative with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience with strong craft in layout and typography
• Fluent in Figma and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Meta and Andromeda delivery mechanics and why creative diversity matters
• Performance-minded with ability to use data to iterate on designs
• Ability to design for multiple markets and adapt layouts across formats

Responsibilities

• Own the design from brief to final export across formats
• Turn ideas into multiple, meaningfully different executions
• Make raw assets usable and turn them into thumb-stopping creative
• Track performance and use insights to inform next iterations
• Bring references and ideas; participate in briefs with proactive input
• Keep projects moving in a collaborative, multi-market team
• Build templates and systems to avoid repetitive work, including AI tooling
• Coordinate with localisation to tailor layouts for different markets
