Job summary

Heidi is seeking a Digital Designer to craft paid social creative across Meta platforms. You will own design end-to-end, from rough briefs to polished assets, including static and carousel ads, and you’ll push for meaningful creative diversity across formats.

You’ll collaborate with performance marketers, creative strategists, and localization teams, test ideas quickly, and shape the work for multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience with strong craft and range.
• Solid typography, layout, hierarchy, grid understanding.
• Familiar with Meta's creative delivery and Andromeda.
• Performance-driven mindset with use of data for iteration.
• Ability to generate multiple variations from briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own the design end to end from rough brief to finished assets.
• Turn one idea into a diverse set of testable assets across formats.
• Make raw assets usable and thumb-stopping for social feeds.
• Track performance and iterate based on data and insights.
• Bring own ideas, references, and trend awareness to briefs.
• Keep projects moving and collaborate with marketing and localization.
• Build scalable systems, templates, and reusable components.
• Adapt work for multiple markets with localization in mind.
