Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing (agency or production house).

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end edits from briefs and raw footage for ads.
• Make editorial decisions on pacing, music, and sound design.
• Ensure hooks are compelling and optimize retention.
• Deliver assets in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
