Job summary

High Scale is seeking an Associate Video Editor to join our post-production team. You will craft end-to-end video ads, focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual polish for TV and social formats.

You’ll pair with Art Directors and Producers, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to deliver broadcast-quality content that drives emotion and action in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing in an agency or production setting.
• You craft the story, not just assemble footage, with strong pacing.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro; able to build text animations and transitions in After Effects.
• Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.

Responsibilities

• Execute End-to-End Editing from briefs and footage to final ad assets.
• Elevate visual polish with color grading and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Producers to iterate on feedback.
• Manage project timelines and deliver assets in multiple formats and aspect ratios.
