Job summary

Summit Media in Manila is seeking a Video Editor with strong motion design and compositing skills to tackle visually complex projects with minimal supervision. You'll lead motion graphics-heavy edits from concept to final delivery, collaborating with editors and producers while managing projects independently and delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in motion graphics, visual effects, or post-production.
Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
Experience using AI video tools in a professional workflow.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
Experience on TV commercials, branded content, or digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics, animated text, titles, and visual effects for a variety of video content.
Enhance live-action footage with clean, professional post-production techniques.
Collaborate with editors to integrate motion graphics and VFX into final edits.
Utilize both traditional post-production software and AI-powered creative tools to improve production quality and efficiency.
Ensure all work meets creative, technical, and brand standards while delivering projects on schedule.
Take ownership of projects end to end - from understanding the brief and organizing footage to editing, motion design, compositing, revisions, and final delivery.
