Candid Coffee is seeking a Content Planning & Strategy Associate to shape, plan, and execute engaging content across digital platforms with a focus on video. You’ll collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts, plan production, and ensure content aligns with the brand’s goals.

Ideal candidates have a marketing/digital media background, 1–3 years in content roles, and a strong eye for video storytelling.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content planning, social media, digital marketing, or related role.
• Strong interest in video content and social media.
• Experience developing content ideas, briefs, scripts, or concepts.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and formats.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content plans and calendars across digital and social platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop video and content concepts aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, trends, and audience interests.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear content ideas, briefs, scripts, hooks, captions, and creative directions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots, content production, and post-production requirements.
• Collaborate with creatives, editors, designers, and team members to bring concepts to life.
• Research trends, audience behavior, platform formats, and best practices to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate content requirements, timelines, deliverables, and assets to keep projects on track.
• Review content drafts against briefs, brand guidelines, and strategy.
