Job summary

Our Clients in Manila is seeking an experienced Vice President to oversee a portfolio of complex hedge fund clients and lead fund administration operations.

You will supervise end-to-end NAV production, review NAV calculations and financial statements, manage client relationships, and drive staffing and onboarding of new clients across locations. The role demands strategic leadership, KPI oversight, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to improve profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably hedge funds or fund administration.
• 6+ years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fund administration and NAV processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hedge fund administration and NAV production for complex fund structures.
• Review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, payments, and fund transactions.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client issues, operational concerns, and year-end requirements.
• Oversee audits, financial reporting, tax services, and regulatory deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, KRIs, operational metrics, productivity, and service quality.
• Lead new client onboarding, fund launches, migrations, and other business transitions.
• Identify staffing and training requirements based on business demand.
• Partner with internal teams and senior stakeholders to optimize resources and client profitability.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives across fund administration teams and locations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
