Job summary

Ocean Technologies Group in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support software deployments, AIS installations, and service fulfilment for global customers. The role combines deployments, remote support, and customer-facing activities in a 24x7 environment.

You will coordinate with internal teams across regions, perform installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service levels are met while expanding knowledge of OneOcean products and maritime technologies.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Vessel IT engineering or similar IT support role.
Experience with AIS solutions onboard vessels is highly advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and execute software deployments, AIS installations, and service fulfilment activities.
Provide world-class technical support via telephone, email, ticketing systems, and remote sessions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, networking, and system-related issues.
Maintain accurate deployment and AIS installation records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and fulfilment outcomes.
Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
