Meiji Shipping Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff with vessel accounting expertise to manage financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for maritime operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and timely tax submissions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in vessel accounting or maritime operations preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain vessel operation financial records including expenses and revenues.
• Prepare financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and general ledger.
• Monitor budgets for vessel operations and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments for financial data and audits.
• Assist in tax return preparation and timely submission.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Stay updated on maritime accounting regulations and standards.
• Contribute to financial policy development and process improvements.
