This role coordinates with third‑party providers for specialized repairs, inspections, and certifications, oversees vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance, maintains repair records, and collaborates with Operations leadership to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and supervises the entire maintenance crew, including personnel deployed at project sites.
• Assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of work performed by the maintenance team and provides guidance for improvement.
• Supervises and ensures proper execution of equipment repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinates with third-party service providers for specialized repairs, inspections, and certifications of vertical equipment.
• Collaborates with the Operations VP, project teams, clients, and company leadership to align equipment readiness with project requirements.
• Provides technical direction, coaching, and support to staff to enhance performance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Inspects and verifies deliveries of heavy equipment, trucks, vehicle supplies, materials, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with specifications and warranties.
• Reviews and endorses requisition slips for supplies, materials, and spare parts, and coordinates with the Purchasing Department.
• Oversees the repair and maintenance of all company service vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
• Maintains records of all equipment repairs and monitors equipment status and utilization.
• Provides recommendations for resolving equipment issues and improving maintenance processes.
• Evaluates and recommends manpower requirements to ensure an effective and efficient maintenance team.
• Provides recommendations on equipment and spare parts procurement.
• Recommends disposal of unserviceable equipment and identifies units for rehabilitation or major repair.
• Performs other work-related tasks as may be assigned by Management.
