Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Third-Party Risk Coordinator to support day-to-day management of the vendor risk program. You will be the primary contact for low-risk vendors, ensuring due diligence and ongoing oversight are completed in a timely, audit-ready manner.

You will oversee risk reviews, maintain vendor records, and prepare KPI reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce SOPs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to manage triage channels.
• Foundational understanding of vendor risk management, third‑party risk and compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Intake verification and triage of inbound vendor requests.
• Dispatch and follow up on standard Vendor Compliance Questionnaires (VCQ/VAQ).
• Log risk findings using standard taxonomy and routing to owners.
• Facilitate remediation and route risks to owners and core team.
• Follow SOPs to execute vendor approvals or rejections with real-time visibility.
